Important Instructions to the Students
- Selected Students shall have to produce original documents at the time of admission.
- General Students may opt for maximum two of the following subjects-Physical Education / Sanskrit / Geography / Education.
- Hons. Students can not take any of the following subjects – Physical Education / Sanskrit / Geography / Education.
- Admission is done strictly on the basis of merit.
- Admission can’t be claimed as a matter of right.
- Admission into General Courses (B.A/B.Sc.) is done according to merit point.
- All admissions are provisional.
- Admission will be cancelled for any mistake or suppression of facts.
- The decision of the college authority will final.
- Fees once submitted will not be refunded.
General Information to the Students
A. College Hours

B.A.(H) / B.Sc.(H): 10.30 a.m. to 04-30 p.m (Monday to Friday)

B.A.(G) / B.Sc.(G): 10.30 a.m. to 02-00 p.m (Saturday)
B. Conduct & Discipline
The Student should maintain the decorum of the college so as to abide disciplines & rules of the College. They should promote cordial
relation among the teachers, Non-teaching staff and themselves. Regular attendance in the class is imperative. Irregular attendance
misbehavior, damaging college properties and adopting unfair ways in examination may leads to penal action against him.
C. Change of Subjects
Taking utmost care the students should select their subjects during 1st admission. Change of subjects may be allowed only once and within
one month from the date of commencement of the classes followed by the rules prescribed by the College / University.
D. Internal Assessment

As per University norms internal assessment both Honours & General classes are compulsory. The marks distribution of internal
Assessment is given below. Each Hons. / Pass paper carries full marks of 100 marks of which final examination will be held on 90
marks and Internal Assessment on 10 marks.

Pattern of Internal Assessments has been revised w.e.f. session: 2014-2015. The marks of the Internal Assessment are 10 out of
100 marks in a paper. Two Internal Assessments of 10 marks each paper for Honours subject and one Internal Assessment of 10 marks
each paper for general subjects have been introduced from the academic session2014- 15 for 1 yr, 2 yr and 3 yr classes.
Question pattern of 10 marks Internal Assessment will be as such: “Answer05 questions of 02 marks each”.
E. Minimum 75% attendance is required to appear in each internal assessment.
F. Introduction of New Pattern of Questions
New Pattern of questions to be set for Part –I / Part – II / Part – III Examination in Hons. / Gen. Papers except Compl. English, MIL &
Envs Studies as under.

Each paper of 90 marks (10 marks for internal assessment) will consist of:
- Long answer type question – 30 marks having maximum 15 marks in each question.
- Semi long answer type question -40 marks having maximum 8 marks in each question.
- Short long answer type question – 20 marks having maximum 4 marks in each question.
