College UG Admission

The college admission has been started from the session 2015-16 to admit the meritorious students on the basis of merit point calculation stated by Vidyasagar University.

Procedure for UG Online Admission

Registration and Submission of Application form
  • Open your e-mail address for further reference and information.
  • Scan your photograph (less than 50 kb) and signature (less than 30 kb).
  • Register yourself by visiting our website www.chandrakonavm.ac.in or www.onlinecavm.org , get user name/Registration no. and pass word through SMS / email and please note down the Registration no and password for future reference.
  • Please keep with you Registration number of qualifying exam at (10+2) level.
  • Login using username and password.
  • Follow Step-1, Fill up details of personal information.
  • Follow Step-2, and Step-3 to entry, the details of last exam passed and Upload your scanned photograph and signature.
  • Follow Step-4, fill up the subjects for which you want to apply.
  • Before final submission please recheck and ultimate submit it.
  • Download the submitted form and Bank challan. Take print out of submitted form and Bank challan. Pay requisite fees (Registration fee Rs.110 + Baking service Charge) through any branch (located within West Bengal) of Axis Bank and UBI Bank.
  • Paste photograph, signed by the candidate in appropriate places whenever necessary.
  • Submit the printed/ hardcopy of the duly filled form along with the following documents to the college admission desk by hand with the Bank challan copy (College copy) and obtain an acknowledgement.
  • The schedule for admission is put up on the college notice board/college website. The admission process goes on according to the schedule.

Documents to be submitted with the printed form
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Admit card of Madhyamik / Proof of age.
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Marksheet of qualifying Exam at (10+2) level.
  • Self-attested Photocopy of Registration Certificate of qualifying exam at (10+2) level.
  • Self-attested Photocopy of caste / PWD certificate where applicable.
  • Self-attested registration certificate of earlier passed out candidate (2015/2014) if registered previously to any University).
  • School Leaving Certificate.
  • One passport size photo if necessary.

Admission Process
  • Merit list is published in college website and college notice board in scheduled date and time.
  • Candidates are requested to visit the college website/college notice board regarding admission into 1st year classes.
  • The candidates are requested to appear at the counseling process for admission with original documents for verification.
  • Selected candidate would pay fees at any Axis Bank /UBI Bank for taking into admission.

Payment Option

Payment should be made at any branch of Axis Bank and any branch of UBI (United Bank of India) throughout West Bengal for admission into B.A. (Hons), B.A. (General), B.Sc. (Hons) and B.Sc. (General) courses for the session 2016-2017.

iv) Caste / PWD certificate where applicable.
v) Registration certificate of earlier passed out candidate (2015/2014) if registered previously to any University).

vii) One signed passport size photo if photo is not placed at appropriate place.
